Refund policy

At Vardoum, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. While we stand by the quality of our products, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to return an item. This Return Policy outlines the process and conditions under which returns are accepted.
Return Period
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of receipt of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be initiated for return within this timeframe.
Condition of Returned Items
- All items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and undamaged. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Exclusions
- Final sale items are not eligible for return. Please make sure to review your order carefully before making a purchase as these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of 50% will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the costs associated with processing returns and restoring the item to inventory.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund, minus the 50% restocking fee, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Defective or Damaged Items
- In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, upon return and inspection of the item.

Additional Information
- Vardoum reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notifications of any changes will be published on our website. The policies set forth in the Vardoum Terms and Conditions also apply.
